Ultimate Demon Tutorial Update 1.0 Introduction

New Ultimate Demon Tutorials

It has been more than 18 months since Ultimate Demon was released. In that time the developers have added many new features, corrected quite a few bugs and improved the overall speed and efficiency of the program. Here we set out to expand on the original Ultimate Demon tutorials.

Some of these changes might be a little confusing to somebody watching the original tutorial videos that were created at launch. They don’t cover the new features and there are some subtle changes to the way certain things work.

Also, Edwinsoft promote Ultimate Demon as an entirely “White hat! program. And while I don’t condone spamming or unnecessary link building, it’s true to say that there are many twists, “hints and tips” and strategies that would be best employed on top of the official training to get the very best out of Ultimate Demon.

Starting daily, from today, I will be taking a look at each of the official training videos produced on release and, where appropriate updating them. Each post will contain both the original video as well as any notes I have regarding changes and possibly a new video highlighting anything specific that users may need to know.

I set myself two goals in doing this;

To keep the video lead was down to under five minutes each, and to provide as much useful information that will add as much value to users as possible within that five minutes.

In addition, any other resources that might be appropriate will be linked to or embedded into the posts for quick download or access.

Installing and setting up Ultimate Demon

Starting today with the original setup guide for Ultimate Demon as produced by Edwinsoft late in 2011. It’s the longest video they did back at launch, and having gone through it this morning I can see very little in it that needs to be updated.

However, there are a few questions that anyone considering buying Ultimate Demon may wish to look out before committing to a purchase. So I’ve done a quick Q and A session below highlighting the likely queries that may crop up.

Following the simple steps on this video will get this link building application up and running on your PC or server. Keep following these posts are the very best strategies to take your Ultimate Demon link building to the next level over the coming days and weeks.

What are the technical specs for Ultimate Demon?

The lowest specification I’ve run UD on at it’s current level is a low end VPS with 1 gig of RAM, 200 gig HDD and a dual core 1.4Ghz processor (budget processor)

What OS does Ultimate Demon need?

I’ve run it successfully on Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows server 2008.

A full guide of expected speeds and how to set up the application on a server is required can be found here.

Which platforms are supported?

The number has grown consistently over the months and you can now create accounts and post to;

  • ElggP
  • PHP Fox
  • Dolphin
  • PHPIzabi
  • Jcow
  • Article Beach
  • Article Dashboard
  • Article Friendly
  • Article EMS
  • WPMU WordPress sites
  • Mediawiki
  • DokuWiki
  • MoinMoin
  • Wikkawiki
  • Tikkiwiki
  • BB
  • SMF
  • Pligg
  • Public Bookmark
  • Scuttle
  • Scuttle Plus
  • Clipshare
  • PHPMotion
  • PHP LD
  • PHP WebyWSN Links
  • IdocScript

How many CUSTOM CODED sites are there on top of these open source platforms?

Currently, across all link types there are 520 sites added by the developers – most of which are custom coded. These include Press release, Document sharing, RSS aggregators (not just “pinging” sites), High PR bookmarking, WEB20, Article, WIKI and Directory sites. Many of these have been coded specifically and are the real “power” of Ultimate Demon. Most link building tools do not (and indeed cannot) post to these sites as each one requires it’s own individual script.

Are there high many Page rank sites included?

Yes, almost 120 high PR (PR3 or higher) custom sites – may of which are Dofollow in addition to the hundreds more sites with PR available via demondemon.com members link lists.

How many times can I install Ultimate Demon?

You can install the license twice but only run one copy at a time.

How often is this software updated?

It updates several times a week “silently”. Whenever you log on, it connects to the server and does a background check to see if the developers have updated any of the scripts or done some minor bug fixes. It then downloads these in the background.

For example. It is the first Monday in June 2013 as I write this. The updates for the last week in May were:

  • 31st May 2013 Video plugins updates
  • 29th May 2013 New document sites added
  • 27th May 2013 WEB20 plugin (script) updates
  • 25th May 2013 WIKI sites added RSS, Bookmark and WIKI plugins updates
  • 24th May 2013 Many plugins updated

This is in addition to the major feature updates that occur regularly and add extra functionality to Ultimate Demon. Here are a list of those updates here.

I’ve read this application does not have many sites included. Why is this?

On launch there were fewer sites. Since that time the developers have added consistently to the number of sites and platforms that can be submitted to. This number has more than tripled over the past 18 months and continues to grow.

I’ve bought Link building and SEO software in the past and it stopped working a few months later. How do I know this won’t happen here?

Ultimate Demon Tutorials are required. It is a very professional application, designed by a professional team of coders and developers. Edwinsoft are the team behind Bookmarking Demon. And still support this software (which costs a one off price of just over $100) SEVEN YEARS after launch. It still gets regular updates free to existing users. No other link building application comes even close to that level of support and no other developer has nearly that track record of putting customers first.

Some shameless promotion.

What is the best discount?

$50. If you see it cheaper elsewhere BE WARNED. It is likely a scam license. Have a look here.

This is also the place to go with technical queries directly to do with the running of the software as opposed to SEO (which we will deal with here).

We offer the full $50 discount for Ultimate Demon on every page of this website.

How about a bonus?

The “fuel” for this link building application is the site lists that add so much power. Many sites will offer a list and claim millions of URL’s.

We do it differently. By joining here (free to buyers of Ultimate Demon through this site) you get access to our private members forum where an updated link list is added once a month that updates or adds the sites available across the whole range of sites that Ultimate Demon tutorials as well. In addition there are other resources. Ping lists, Site indexing tools, PLR articles and the latest version of “Blue Hat Demon” is always available first to our members

About Paul Rone-Clarke

+Paul Rone-Clarke Hi, I'm Scritty (Paul Rone-Clarke) I've been writing my one man rant against SEO nonsense for years now. On the other hand, you've probably never heard of me - so maybe I'm not that good... Don't want to read over 300 posts? Can't say I blame you. To save you the bother, here's my main points: Effective marketing of your website is not achieved with "Link Blasts" but automation is a great way to get your "busy work" done more effectively. So, NOT "Black Hat", but still using automation! HERESY! How dare I suggest you can have one without the other. It's enough to make smoke come out of Rand Fishkin's ears - and that's something I'd pay to watch! Why not check out the my archives?
